What does drywall installation cost?

Drywall hang-and-finish typically runs $1.75–$3.50 per square foot depending on level of finish (Levels 1–5) and ceiling height. A typical basement in our area lands between $4,500–$9,500 finished. Your estimate ends in writing — before you commit to anything.

How long will my project take?

A standard drywall or plastering room runs 2–4 days. A larger space or full ceiling skim coat takes 4–7 days. We give you a written schedule up front and stick to it.

Can we stay in the home during the work?

Yes, almost always. We seal off work zones with plastic, run a HEPA air scrubber, and clean up the area every evening before we leave. Most homeowners never feel displaced.
